All items must be paid in full prior to shipping with no returns offered on items $1500 or under.
Buyer will receive tracking information from Double Take upon shipping.
Upon delivery, buyer will have five (5) business days to decide whether to keep or return merchandise, if applicable.
Item(s) to be returned, MUST be postmarked no later than 7 days after receipt and in the same condition in which it was shipped. Return shipping is the buyer’s expense.
NO refund will be given for merchandise not postmarked within the seven (7) day time frame.
Upon receipt of returned merchandise, Double Take will issue a refund of full purchase price.
Items not returned within the aforementioned time frame will not be refunded.
